Western North Carolina is a prime spot for viewing the extremely rare, total solar eclipse. Bryson City is in the direct path to view this spectacular event. At 2:35 p.m. on August 21, 2017, you will see a phenomenal view followed by complete darkness for a couple minutes. With lodging being extremely booked we have decided to open up our family field for camping and fun festivities. Festivities will include a nightly BonFire 🔥, refreshing snow cones ❄️, clean porta potties 🚽, music for your enjoyment 🎶, children’s activities, on site security, and much more. Locals are always welcome to come view the eclipse and enjoy the festivities. We have 30 tent sites and a few small camper sites. For pricing or more information call (828) 736-7112. Lots of eclipse fun for everyone!
